Release Date - 15th April 2026

April 15th, 2026 – Lead single arrives April 15 — the first signal from a project built on numbness, honesty, and the space between who you were and who you're becoming.
Cape Town-born R&B artist Isco Cruz releases "No Titles" on April 15, 2026 across all platforms — the lead single from his forthcoming project Somewhere in Between. Written, mixed and engineered entirely by Isco Cruz, the track is the first public entry point into an eight-track EP that documents the suspended space between old instincts and an unfinished self. Somewhere in Between is scheduled for May 2026.
"No Titles" opens with a quiet admission: "Know a couple things done changed / Doing things to save face, I'm not the same." The tone is set before the hook even lands — this is a record about someone who knows exactly what's wrong but hasn't figured out how to fix it yet.
The production is restrained Dark R&B/Trap Soul: nocturnal, atmospheric, built on space rather than clutter. Isco's delivery sits in the pocket between singing and confessing — numb enough to sound unbothered, direct enough to make it clear he isn't. The hook carries the weight: "Heartbreak, lost in lust, it's a cycle / It's better if you don't stick around girl / Won't end well, I can't do titles." It's not a warning — it's a confession dressed as one.
The verse pushes deeper into the self-awareness without letting it become self-pity. "Used to be the type to fall for the game / Irony, same games I play / I'm flirting with karma, it's games girl." There's no moral resolution. No redemption arc. Just a clear-eyed look at a pattern he recognizes but hasn't broken. It's the kind of honesty that makes the track feel lived-in rather than written.
"No Titles" is the lead single from Somewhere in Between, Chapter 2 of Isco Cruz's Heartbreak Trilogy. Where Heartbreak's Paradox (2024) documented the wound, Somewhere in Between lives in the limbo that follows — the suspended, nocturnal space between letting go and not yet arriving anywhere new.
The single arrives alongside "Holiday Fling" as part of a bundled release, with "No Titles" serving as the headline record and primary entry point into the Somewhere in Between world. A music video for "No Titles" is planned for release week.
Isco Cruz continues to build his catalog independently under the Cruz Collective identity. His audience is genuinely global — top streaming markets in the United States, Brazil, and the United Kingdom, all built without label infrastructure or major-market residency.
